Where does Pineapple ship?
We ship worldwide from our Nashville warehouse!* Our standard and free shipping options deliver to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote regions. If you’re unsure about availability in your area, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships with tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order leaves our warehouse. For standard shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS free shipping, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How do I initiate a return?

Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after initiating your return. This ensures you get the items you want without waiting for the return process to complete.
