Just like our bestselling leggings adapt to your every move, we’ve created a returns process that’s as smooth as your studio-to-street transition. Whether you need a different size in our Girls Sportswear collection or want to exchange those joggers for a different color, we’ve got you covered.
Returns Policy Details
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, our Mesh Styles and Leggings marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – Our Nashville-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Exchange items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For our global community (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
